The Capital Area Music Association (CAMA) is a community choral arts organization with emphasis on the music of African American Composers and African American culture.  The focus and goal for excellence in the development and presentation of sacred and secular music as well as music education through our scholarship fund continues to be the impetus of presentations and activities sponsored by CAMA.

Ciara Hargrove is a rising junior at The Hartt School/University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT. There, she is pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre. While a student at The Hartt School, Ciara made her main stage debut at the school as an
assistant choreographer and ensemble put-in in Wild Party. Some of her favorite roles include Hope Cladwell (Urinetown), Alice Beane (Titanic), Mary Park (Spelling Bee), and Raylynn (Blood at the Root).
